What to Expect When Getting SureSmile® Braces

Your journey begins with a thorough dental exam to rule out decay or gum disease, which must be addressed before treatment starts.

Next, we create a 3D model of your teeth using Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) or an OraScanner. These detailed images allow us to pinpoint every tooth, root, nerve, and blood vessel.

Using advanced 3D software, we simulate various treatment plans and predict your bite’s final position—giving you a clear vision of your future smile.

Once the plan is finalized, the SureSmile® robotic system fabricates a Copper Ni Ti shape-memory archwire. This wire uses gentle, consistent pressure activated by your body heat to move teeth smoothly and comfortably.
